State-of-the-Art Green Warehousing Solutions
MJL Bangladesh PLC. offers state-of-the-art green warehousing facilities to local and international entrepreneurs, ensuring efficient product movement through an environmentally friendly, automated system.
Located on Sea Beach Road, Katghor, South Patenga, Chattogram, the campus comprises six warehouses with approximately 87,500 square feet of floor space. Five warehouses provide approximately 67,500 square feet, while the sixth adds 20,000 square feet.
Space for Efficient Operations
The project brief specifies a warehouse height of 60 feet, with edges at 43 feet. Internal roads measuring 30 feet wide support vehicle circulation. Warehouse layouts accommodate VNA and forklift movement, loading docks and ramps, with storage arrangements tailored to tenant requirements.
Sustainability and Business Continuity
The campus concept incorporates rooftop solar, planned rainwater collection and reuse, drainage provisions, and drinking-water treatment. Two 330 kVA generators and a 630 kVA substation form part of the electrical provision, with supported loads and changeover arrangements to be agreed.
Security and Operational Support
Perimeter protection, four watchtowers, CCTV, street lighting and boundary lighting support campus security. Administrative facilities, designated movement routes and protected operator areas help organise everyday activities. Fire doors, roller shutters and firefighting provisions are addressed through the technical design.
